Water is a key issue in Sumbawa, especially in the dry season. The two key aspects, collection and disposal can be taken of by our partners Starfish Water. 

Rainwater collection is easy and cheap to set up and minimises the need to tap into groundwater. This is then backed up by a well that can also be filtered properly to use as drinking water. Disposing of the water properly requires a septic tank set up that minimises waste water impact.
